Mary Jo Grieve joined the VPM team in October 2015 and has over 40 years in Early Childhood Care and Education Field as a classroom teacher, program director, administrator, advocate, and school owner. She comes with a multitude of experience as a public policy field organizer with the Delaware Valley Association for the Education of Young Children and worked on the Pre-K for PA Campaign in Pennsylvania. She continues to co-own LeafSpring School in Mechanicsville, Virginia and is passionate about supporting early childhood educators!
